Arrangements have been made with various hotels who are offering a group rate. This is only available for a fixed period of time and the number of beds per hotel at the price may be restricted. In order to guarantee a booking, a deposit will be needed by the end of October.
The hotels would like to limit contact with the schools to one named person only. They will need to be advised of special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
